I'd say the relative ratio of shit to good stuff was never very good but yes I do agree that it has gotten worse. It's not only the case of niche giantess fetish content but I think it applies to all content, pornographic or otherwise. If you were fappan back then you would know that most giantess stuff you could find was DeviantArt or e621 shit. Not a lot of good artists to pick from back then, you had early Ochiko doodles or Teston and a few others. It's so much better nowadays.
