THE EMPLOYEES DONT AGREE TO THE WAGE. The employees have ZERO SAY in what the wage is. There is no competitive negotiation on wages. That's my personal solution -- switch to a legal framework that backs up works/employees picking their own wages and corporations are free to accept or reject that wage. Corporations and anyone hiring anyone else shouldn't be the one determining the price here. They don't do that with physical supplies...

I've been leaning towards this for awhile too, I don't like it because it's still intervention, but rules should be applied to residential real estate being owned by corporations.
