a lot of her gyaru speak and gyaru speak in general has been in use for a longer time than you'd think (e.g. ぴえん has been in their lexicon since 2018, some terms are even older than that)
meanwhile zoomer lingo gets obsoleted in 2-3 years
so they definitely could have translated this without using super novel terms, like that video you linked

I could understand gyaru speak easily because it has more playful twisting of familiar terms, and less jargon
