They dont care, that's the problem, they just want to hold W using defensive cooldowns to keep moving, non-charge Ogryn is simply too slow to keep up, and charge Ogryns simply get shoot to shit.
Many of my mates insist that Ogryn is not good for Havok. Not too different from how people consider Guardian to be in this game.
