Clear and overwhelmingly evidence with none to the contrary, maybe not, but this war does offer evidence towards that conclusion.
T-series tanks have been proven to be consistently vulnerable to most Soviet and Western anti-tank systems. The fact that crew survival is unlikely in case of vehicle destruction is a huge black mark.
Russian AFVs (and MT-LBs) have demonstrated their severely lacking survivability characteristics.
More than anything, this war is putting the Soviet maxim of "Quantity has a quality of its own" to the test. It remains to be seen if it fails, but it sure as shit ain't getting an A+.
