russia is doing innacurate missiles chimpouts with reducing frequency because their manufacturing can't keep up, their C3 is also slow so all the mobile targets they try to hit tend to be gone before they get a shot, which is why they tend to focus on civilian targets, not very effective in a war against a military.

completely demotivated meat mobiks that get 1 week of training where they don't even get to shoot a gun as much as a western soldier would get in 1 day of training, sent into trenches to die instantly and get replaced with more meat, which is fueling russia's quickening pop crisis as these are the ones in the age range that can have children.

can't do shit with resources if you can't turn them into manufacturing, and they're having trouble selling many of them above a price they'd break even with due to sanctions, hence the rapidly increasing debt.
