This is just bad luck on my part at this point. More reasons like last name misspelled and shift work to make it more of a pain also.

How come paperwork is so important they never bother to remind people to do it that same day via sticky note, a messenger application or another coworker. Shit man i even have changeover and could have resolved that by reminding my boss he missed me in the email chain or verifying another coworkers email to see i was missed. But since i never knew anything about the email since i never received it i am assumed to be a shit bag. If its that important that it needed to be done within 30 minutes of sending the email and you did nothing to resolve it then you are a shitty manager.
