It's a fucking fantasy game, and in the Anglosphere you pronounce it as it phonetically sounds in the Alphabet. It's not our fault the translation team fucked up when writing monster names down. And don't come out with that Katakana crap again when only the most autistic people would know that shit. I know when to switch when dealing with actual Japanese names, 'Date' for example would throw anyone from the Anglosphere off who have had zero experience with phonetically Japanese names.
