It depends on what you're using her for, but she has good base health and armor. I use her as a health tank with coda hirudo to stay alive and subsumed Pillage over 1 for status clear/gating on harder enemies. Get her augment, then throw on some Gladiator mods for hp/armor, adaptation, and you're sufficiently tanky. Koumei also uses most of the Archon mods, as she inflicts every status.
As long as you have something to punch, you'll never die.

Haven't played her in a while, does anyone know if she is getting elemental challenges consistently again? They weren't coming up for me for like a week.

If a high % or electric Hirudo comes around again don't sleep on it. It turns any frame with halfway decent armor/HP invincible.

I can HP tank ED/TA with Koumei with these.

I've also heard Basso is better than Arca Plasmor, but I haven't caught a good one.
