wesker's techs aren't that fucked up. the three main techs that are actually practical are dead simple
>urobending
the direction you take survivors when you collide with them is based on where your camera is pointed, so you can pre-turn to redirect survivors into objects or towards edge-of-map for hits and downs
>rebound
when you dash into an object you'll slide or bounce off it, which can be used to slide around certain loops and get pretty easy hits. i assume you have to strafe in the direction you wanna go, i've never tried not doing that

it's a little more technical but the gist is that wesker's dash distance is pre-calculated when you dash but the check for how far you should go is skinnier than wesker's actual collision. so if you have the right line you can slip and slide through areas.

hug techs and the funny surfs he can do on certain maps in certain areas are cool and flashy but not even remotely necessary. like 99% just for farming clips. plus hugs are fucked on 120fps
