Jesus Christ, people talk about how episodes like Made-do-Well making the mane 6 look like cunts, but I don’t think I’ve seen anything that makes them all look like cunts more than this book. This entire book makes me question why Applejack would even consider the rest of the mane 6 friends.
The whole thing is one long conga line of all her friends refusing to listen to her, distracting her, fucking up her trees, sabotaging her work, and at the end of it all the book just says “Actually they’re totally AMAZING friends and Applejack is just being too hard on them, lol.”

TL;DR for anyone who doesn’t want to read the entire thing, I’ll summarize here.
>Applejack’s friends are all self-absorbed retards who don’t at all take her seriously and have zero respect for her or the importance of the tasks they offered to do for her.
>When she gets understandably upset by their blatant disregard and vents her frustrations in a healthy and private way so as to not make them feel bad, they go behind her back and violate her trust and privacy by reading her personal diary.
>Then Applejack breaks down in tears, apologizing and begging THEM for forgiveness for the horrible crime of daring to have the audacity to be upset about them screwing her over and making her life harder and more stressful for no reason.
All this book has done now is convince me that none of the mane 6 barring Applejack and Twilight are actually good friends. Fuck these ponies, they’re terrible people to be friend with. I don’t even know what the moral is supposed to be here. Granny Smith gives Applejack the book for the explicit purpose of having an avenue of venting her frustrations so she doesn’t have to bottle them up, and then the narrative acts treats her like she’s a dick for doing exactly that.
Poor fucking Applejack dude, she deserves a better friend group.

Anyone here read this? The story was so awful I think I might actually make a thread just to bitch about it in a few days. It will definitely make you feel sorry for Applejack if you're an applefag, lol.
