Theres.a sweet spot for speedruns to be interesting. If the EST is more than like 40% of an average casual run its usually just optimized movement and akipped cutscenes and not interesting.

If its like 1-5% then its usually just overly glitched, activating credits, ACE, etc which is boring.
10~30% is typically the sweetspot
