timemore chestnut c3s burr grinder, induction cooktop, stainless steel gooseneck kettle with a thermometer, ceramic kalita wave dripper, paper wave filters, 1g-increment digital kitchen scale that's not super responsive. counting in my head / going by visual for the timings
