Eh it might have been, I don't think you can entirely separate Hanako from her dirty jokes gimmick. The stuff they removed was usually not as immediately obvious, a lot of it was room lines. I got a lot of these images left over from things they fixed over the years.
Like in the original line here Mutsuki says she's your present, then tells you to unwrap her, the implication being to undress her, it's subtle.
Global changed it to "I'm your present, best present ever right?" Without having the second part at all. Making every character much more sexless naturally upset the otaku who played this game.

It's still a bit of a shame that I know Mutsuki's laugh is probably never getting fixed. But I think we might be able to get Koyuki's laugh fixed one day
