France managed to survive the embarrassing war of the Eighth Coalition without losing any territory or making any terribly huge concessions. An alliance was concluded between Austia and France recognizing Prussia's dangers on the continent. Emperor Bonaparte was forced to restore a constitution and accept the title of King while deferring all real political power to a new republican "Union Liberale" which quickly passed insane reforms like universal weighted sufferage, legal trade unions, a free press, abolition and open borders.
As the period of demilitarization comes to an end King Bonaparte quickly arranged for the creation of a new royal army. Hopefully this new army will be able to restore the empire and exact revenge on the coalition members who defeated France earlier this decade.
