If Vshojo ran out of money and has been stealing money from the talent to keep going then they are absolutely fucked. Legally, morally, metaphorically, literally, just fucked. I don't understand how they thought Ninja looting Ironmouse's charity money would pan out for them but the company is fucking over. You can't recover from this.
