I got a new PC last year and it came preloaded with win11. Had to debloat it and also installed Open-Shell in order to get the normal windows 7 style start menu and file explorer, after these fixes it worked fine but still annoying I have to "fix" the OS in the first place.

Definitely check out this open-shell customization if you are stuck with win 11.
