i think published BL sex scenes can be good if they have either a sexy art style or interesting enough characters that makes you yearn to see them have sex. like picrel for example, i love seeing these two inexperienced dorks fumble with sex. another series which i think has prime sex scenes is perfect buddy cause you spent enough time getting to know and care for the characters and when you see them finally did the deed it feels like an amazing payoff. this is probably the same reason why most people care more for the sex scenes in doujin too.
