My two parents have 16* sparks, of which 13 of them are speed.
I was thinking about having 2spd/1sta/2pwr/1wit like picrel, I'm really unsure about fine motion. I think 2spd is more than enough (one card for stats, one for skills) so I'm left with the other slots to fill, I can easily complete URA and get A Suzukas even without any gold skills (or even a recovery skill for that matter) but I'm trying to really make a good one this time.
I've read before, but can't find where, that spread stats are bad. So I was also considering 2spd/3pwr/1sta but... would that really be better?
