Since it's suzuka INT is more important than PWR as you're front running and INT is what lets you get the initial lead but bourbon's skills are pretty good for her so that might be worth keeping especially for focus and early lead skills.
An example I've done while not a great run with some failed early races due to stamina choke between the two inspirations, My daiwa in this run had 5* speed spark inherit and a stamina parent, but it's a general Idea I've been going with for mile. I might take the bourbon power card myself over tachyon and see how that works out as I actually had more skill points than useful skills.
