>immaculate yard, big ass pickup that’s probably a 2nd mortgage payment, expensive landscaping with bismarck palms, the works
>clearly the richest guy on the street, everyone else has trash by the curb and weeds overgrowing
>he starts tearing up the driveway and killing the grass with herbicide
>ok, let’s see where this goes
>a month passes
>has the same exact driveway put in
>resods the grassy area
>plants the same kinds of plants
>it looks exactly like before he started
>he undid everything
>and redid it
>$15k+ project easily
