You just need to learn how the attack pattern works and how to move it forward a stage. Once you do you can skip Charon or Djinn Storm easily. It took me like an hour on Hard difficulty once I had the moveset laid out in front of me and I could keep track of where I was on the pattern. You also have to swap people in as necessary to either summon or cure people. Never have all your healers on one side and never have Djinn that can heal only on one person. Always spread them out.
