Neptune is almost never alone, not that she's weak without her friends (gameplay wise or in-universe) but it's more so that she really likes having friends. She's not the lone wolf type at all.
Plus, a CPU is basically made out of the faith and support of her followers, so she's never alone in that sense. And she has my love.
