Those details, the ear being slightly lower than what is 'correct' and her butt shape, if changed to what you think is anatomically correct, wont affect the overall piece. They would if the were to cause a major change, if it was a major issue, but its not an issue. Youre aiming for the absolute center of a target board when the dart is already in the center. big whoop that its on the edge of being center, its still in the center.
With that being said, the forest here, is the overall piece of artwork, works, it gets the point across. Its a pulp science fiction character in a dark world. It captures the games aesthetics.
