IMO everywhere seems like the same....USA, USSR, China, etc. all that changes is the weather and the exteriors look different. granted, the mold and decay and that kinda stuff is probably taken to the extreme in Russia... but living in any major city in America is mostly the same. worse in some ways, because everything is under construction 24/7. we just spice it up with different looking buildings. they're all built by lazy corner-cutting spics and managed by building managers that give zero fucks and hire the shittiest goon off craigslist to fix stuff, and only because they're forced to by law
