Did she have a boyfriend the entire time she was Fauna? There's no way she suddenly met someone just a couple days ago and suddenly wants to marry him and have babies. No one nowadays waits to sleep together after marriage either, so that must mean she was probably sleeping with him for a while when she wasn't streaming.
