Did she have a boyfriend the entire time she was Fauna? There's no way she suddenly met someone just a couple days ago and suddenly wants to marry him and have babies. No one nowadays waits to sleep together after marriage either, so that must mean she was probably sleeping with him for a while when she wasn't streaming. That's what boyfriends/girlfriends do when they're in a relationship, it's natural. And usually it takes years for people to be comfortable enough with each other before they get married.
