What the fuck are these devs doing, I thought we moved away from the whole mercenary self insert thing. Now they are bringing it back?
We already have master from glupy dinner, and Lathel in the main story. Bringing this guy back to prominence again when he was borderline removed feels ridiculous. Just make up your mind about who the faceless self insert is. At least lathels role is completely different but what are we doing bringing back the protagonist from BD1 again?
Unless this is some giga brain move to eventually reveal that master is actually the protagonist from the original game this feels retarded.
