I lied, managed to finish the first part of the Rhapsody today. Writing for City is fun so this is my PR for word count in one day! Can't guarantee quality cause I haven't combed through it real thoroughly, but I want to post asap to give everyone else an opportunity to write for it.

Sorry if some people felt like they had a limited showing - writing for 16 characters is pretty rough! If anyone was mischaracterized or wants something changed (especially Minosanon, not sure what he really intended so I kinda worked on vibes), please let me know.
