I want a new keyboard that is basically the old school Corsair K95, in ISO-German layout, macro keys galore, and has no plastics (metal, ceramic, wood, all fine, but absolutely no plastics).

What are my options? No price limit, but it needs to be usable no matter what and not be some flimsy tinker toy (hardware and firmware).
