This is only mostly true outside of voiced content, in which Belle often has a completely different way of speaking than Wise, even if the other character's response doesn't change. The devs have been trying to differentiate the two siblings, especially recently. I've noted since 2.0 that other characters will often acknowledge Belle specifically instead of just "Proxy" or "Phaethon" like in most of 1.x.

Yes, there's a sequence with Belle, Wise, and Jane in the video store in which Jane flirts with Belle, calls her cute, and gives Wise some money to buy Belle a snack with. It's the exact same scene regardless of which sibling is the main protagonist, meaning even W*sefags see Jane rizzing up Belle and not him. Pic related is the follow-up text conversation, in which she only calls Belle cute.
