Man, Cerydra's kit is so underwhelming. I really thought she could save my bricked Aglaea but they literally have no synergy and it feels like she's just gonna end up like Fagqiu who only has 1 team. Idk why her kit has so many setbacks compared to normal action advancers, she's the first harmony unit that also relies on another harmony unit to be useful.

Yeah it’s insane how Robin, Sunday, and Tribbie can get away with the most universal strong shit in their kits while Cerydra is intentionally gimped and has half a dozen limitations and shit uptime on her main gimmick (and the buff that comes with it).
To top it off she has negative synergy with Hysilens because they decided they’d to not only lock her to triple dot (can try and cope with Robin instead of BS) but to also have her get absolutely no value from her skill being recast by Cerydra.

Hooked me in pretty quick. Cipher's introduction hinting at their history wasn't much of a start, but 3.3 was just loaded. Starting off with Aglaea's last words (in her living body anyway) wondering if Cipher would miss her, the subsequent bitter farewell between Cipher and the nymph, her flashbacks to meeting and being taken in by Aglaea, her character stories telling how before those, Aglaea first found her passed out drunk after she broke into her shop, and it was her gratitude and love for Aglaea that motivated her to become the Demigod of Trickery, all leading up to the ultimate reveal about her tricking the entire city into believing in a sun that wasn't there, tragically staying away from her home to maintain that illusion, and her final trick on herself, the lie of being able to tell Aglaea everything on her death bed, and be praised for her heroics, reaching out to take her hand and pass on. Them being listed as "Partners" on the relationship chart, and this bit from Cipher's magazine:

The only story that worked in Star Rail is the Belobog one for me. It's the only story I feel directly opposed the views of a Trailblazer. Also we have to admit it doesn't matter which game the yuri will always be on the weaker side compared to the yaoi. Over the last few years the MC yuri in Genshin and Star Rail have gotten even worse. March with Stelle has died down big time. And none of the other ships have picked up any momentum. Honestly R1999 and Heaven Burns Red have been such a gift in terms of yuri that the Hoyo games just pale in comparison. Maybe because unlike the Hoyo games the yuri in those games are legit and not just for marketing like most of the Star Rail ships. I still like posting yuri fanart but I know the games won't ever commit to it. This is a person that used to play FGO and shipped ladies with Gudako when the devs clearly favored Gudao in game.

As for open world games like Hoyo games. Personally I feel like WuWa is the better with the yuri. Unlike most games they always give both MC the spotlight, which allows for a lot of yuri in the game. They even started to allow the females to interact with each other outside of just Rover opening up shipping between the girls as well. That's just my opinion

But that wasn't a trailer for them. It did happen inside the game in a cutscene. It was Acheswan and Hertamei that were mainly baited in trailers with nothing of substance in the actual game. And yes, I know Jade was always a non-character since they never bothered doing anything with her after her introduction. This is seriously one of my biggest problems with this game. This is how all their new ships get treated since Fontaine I've noticed. Astra gets continually baited with both Evelyn and Wise so you'll never be able to enjoy the yuri content undisturbed without those annoying fucks always telling you to leave, or how they're like sisters or worse in an M/F/F polyship with Wise.

My biggest issue with ZZZ is the way it animates the movement of characters. For someone like Billy it makes sense for it to be exaggerated but far too often does the character movements feel overly exaggerated. The biggest issue in ZZZ currently is definitely Wise getting preferential treatment, and that’s the devs decision rather than the fanbase being how it is. The cinema event was one thing but the Astra thing is a load of horseshit. If you’re going to MC pander at least keep it the same for both MCs ingame (Wise being in those type of trailers is unfortunately a given at this point).

Listen, I'm happy that Hoyo included something actually approaching an explicitly lesbian couple, but besides the whole "divine pronouns" thing, one of them isn't an actual character present in the story. Yeah the in-universe fanfiction is cute and all, but let's not exaggerate.

For my money, I'm just never going to shut up about the two women kept apart by circumstance and duty, only able to admit how much they've pined for one another at the moment of their deaths, and shown as finally together in death, whose interactions reference a book about a reincarnating immortal finding love and contentment, and whose stories are interwoven more-so than a vast majority of other playable characters.

That last point is really sad now that I think about it 'cause all the other tightly interwoven character arcs I can think of are het or /y/...
