They're only addressing pacing issues and how to tutorialize players. They're not addressing the major issue like making the actual beats play like Patapon where you can instantly cancel out, nor are they addressing how clunky everything currently feels. They've also massively pushed back the release date and outright called out people asking for it to feel more like Patapon despite the fact Patapon already got the things they're having issues with right three times already. It's literally the same people yet they're staring at something they already did and saying they can't do that anymore.
I just do not get their mindset at all. No one is against the roguelike stuff or how it flows, they're against how clunky the beats are, how off everything feels from the beat, how enemies don't always follow the beat or outright ignore it with some attacks, how you can't retaliate to some attacks in time, etc.
