The homos could be all let go and nothing would, change, if anything things would be slightly better since they would stop taking up studio time, but that´s not coming from a "homo hate" position, but simply the objetive observation that they don´t do ANYTHING with the resources and opportunities they´re given.
But everyone else does have a role to play, they made their own events, they´re SOMEONE´s close friend, they´re the backup tech support, the one girl that´s up at 3AM and willing to help out everyone, Flare might be the runt of Sankisei, but she´s the emotional core of it and the supposedly level headed member of the group that looks out for Marine and Noel, Riona is on a rought spot atm because she doesn´t have the means to display her skills but once FlowGlow get their 3D you can be that she's going to be hard carrying the group, because even Vivi is rusty, every holo is important
