I finally got three days in and over the wall I normally run into with cravings. Cheating every day doesn’t feel like a big deal until you see the days next to each other starting to add up.
I’m hoping I can get a streak going with my diet, and this board will help me visualize it so I’m less inclined to cheat because I don’t want to lose my streak.
Ideally I need to lose 90lb, but I’ll be happy with 40lb.
