God being all-knowing, He must know what someone's future will be.

But again, He's not going to impede on their free will. Because of what happened through Adam and Eve, humanity is born into sin which causes them to want to reject God and choose to be evil instead. God creates people, but people being evil is not His fault.

God planned for humanity to be the rulers of this world and have earth be a paradise, but instead it's ruled over by the devil because of Adam and Eve. They chose to make the devil their master.
