Nah, what I would have done is remove one of the guys that gives the same element, in this case either remove GroundMan or DustMan. Same thing for Gregar version, in this case remove Chargeman since Gregar already has a Fire Navi and replace him with like NumberMan, because its really weird that Higsby doesn't appear AT ALL in BN6. Like, just make him a friend of Tab's dad or something, hell it would give some character to Tab, who is nothing but a yes man to Lan.
