The issue is scaling it just doesn't look good. I could use 24" 1080p and 27" 1440p without any scaling and everything was perfect but 32" 4k isn't as simple. Random shit won't look right and everything is too small or too blown out. I'm not sure how this ever became a recommended standard. I literally never even once ran into any issues at all using my 1440p 27" display but run into issues constantly with my 32" 4k.
