I like Black and White and Unova a lot, but I would not go that far. A lot of Gen 5 designs continue a couple ugly trends Gen 4 started, in some cases things get much worse, and I don't mean the ones people always rag on like the trashbag and the ice cream cone, it's more about stuff looking rounder and cartoonier in a dorkier way, strange limb placement or proportions, lots of design sins that continue to this day got reaffirmed. In reality both Sinnoh and Unova have pretty mixed dexes, even if I would give Unova an edge because for better or worse, created a shit ton Pokemon to do its own thing.
