if you only take local trains and eat at cheap restaurants, yes.
that's 10k yen a day, a meal for one is like 2k a day if cheap (or 1.2k if machine kinda place), maybe 140-280 yen per transportation
the biggest costs for me wasn't food, it was arcades, amusement parks, Shinkansen ($150-$200 to Osaka from Tokyo for instance) and some other stuff imo
plus it depends on what you buy and what you want
drinks are expensive and can add up, if you're going to drink a decent amount, and do stuff I still think you'd be fine
