idk to be the gloomy guy, but 192 millions of those were minted back in 43, there still must been tens of K of those in condition MS60+ out in the wild. I don't get why people grade this kind of stuff really..
I'd rather go after an ugly but rare coin, for $16 you can find some decently rare stuff in auctions.
