they have done more than break ground.

So, this is something most of you won't know, regardless of being retarded or not, but when a big company does a big and important construction job, they are, beyond certain carefully controlled press releases, QUIET about it.
Microsoft is one of the most anal I know of, to use as an example.
They tore down 20-year-old buildings at the heart of their redmond campus, and have been rebuilding the section for a long time, putting in a 4 story 27 acre (per floor) parking garage with 3 sports fields on top, the largest geothermal electric plant west of the Mississippi river, and like 20 or so office buildings.
They have a set of AI set to comb places like facebook, instagram, and twitter (among other places) to catch unauthorized photos of any part of the site, which is about 72 acres in size, at ALL times.
For a while they had at least one drone flying around and watching the construction workers as well.
