In order for the US government to cope with 99% of zoomers refusing draft, the military is literally going to mass produce drones, and release a "game" where zoomers control drones from their PC or console and literally blow up people IRL from home. And it will be treated and marketed like a game too. In order to make it so you don't friendly fire US troops they'll probably give them GPS/airtags or something and won't even let the drones get near them.
Regardless, this will take the desensitized zoomers and make them ever further desensitized bloodlust psychopaths, which is probably what they want
