No they very clearly did respond and submit changes but QS are saying vague shit about needing to meet market needs now, also RAID (Ryugukoku Adventure In Discovery) is coming out 2026 and JPGAMES just posted a profit in their most recent financial report

The deadline was May last year and they submit it then, QS then took over a month to evaluate it and there was no contractually required timeline for any other deliverables yet
The contract stated that after demo submission the 3 year dev plan would then be finalised, but in November last year they said the plan was undetermined even after submission and approval of the demo, which even tabata said was positively received during an IGN interview around the same time
So QS is fucking them around asking for frivolous changes
