Okay, translation is she was supposed to go to her immediate supervisor with comments and complaints, but instead went straight to the Director which is not how it works. There is a chain of command and employees are supposed to go to their team lead, the team lead then refers to the director.
The White Coworker to speak on her behalf is her immediate supervisor that was supposed to be the one who goes to the director. Some entry level Production Assistant does not or ever do that shit.
