Girlfriend wants me to quit my high paying job

I work as a specialty security guard for a company facility, 2 years ago I was shot twice, one bullet went into my arm and the other went into shoulder, I recovered without any major long term damage

Ever since then my girlfriend has been in a panic, calling/texting literally 50+ Times a shift, to the point where I've gotten in trouble and had to put my phone in my locker, resulting in her freaking out even more because she can't get a hold of me

Today she gave me an ultimatum, quit my job or she leaves me

This job due to the company I work for pays INSANELY well, has great insurance, and has allowed me to live very comfortably, I won't find another job like this in my lifetime

But she's going to leave me...I don't know what to do, help?
