K2 is quite fun for train bases, this is what my 1k SPM base ended up looking like.
I think the only other real content mod I used was the one that integrates a few of the DLC features into K2, like making the final upgrade of miners stack onto belts and making the higher tiers of armor also have the mech armor features.
