Valentine Happenstance is the owner of the Park's most popular inn, the Supersweet Stowaway. She frequently tends to worn-down explorers or travelers whenever they may pass by, and has taken great care to ensure all her guests are as comfortable as possible. Her passion for caretaking has made her very popular, and chances are that even Grimy Ghetto-goers will have heard her name and the stellar reviews of her services.

This service is done with a smile, of course, often handled by Valentine's many heads helping the sugary-sweet owner multitask while she chats up any new visitors. Val's saccharine attitude and fondness for catty gossip hides a rather competent businesswoman beneath the veneer of an eternal teenager, and the Hydrapple has become an expert at telling people what they want to hear as a result.

She's been around longer than the Park itself, having cut her teeth fighting her way from Stone Edge Summit all the way to the new settlement, but has long-abandoned her fighting days. If she has to defend herself nowadays, it'll be with Blast seeds and irritating stall.
