I dont know why the fuck i cant lose the last layer of fat. I eat only whole foods, calories and macro count, high protein, i fast, I do cardio but for some reason i cant get rid of the last little layer of fat and instead just end up losing muscle.

What should i fucking do. Metformin, clen, Berberine? A real babbys cycle? im tired of being like 165, tiny and still having a small layer of fat on me for no fucking reason.

I lifted before this and still have some muscle but I cant build any more without eating more, but if i eat more i gain fat as well. Its fucking killing me that I do a fuckton of cardio and even lift 2-3x a week with not much to show for it.

I just want to recomp so I can lift and look like a normal gym-goer, i don't care too much about being the most swole mf.
