It probably has to do with the market,

Basically, imo Guilty produces content that guarantees them enough sales to stay in the green.

Meaning that if enough buyer's liked the 1:1 content, we would probably have more of it.

Going back to Homura I'm a little disappointed about the timed patch which again has no group cg's, but at least the modified "uniform's" look nice.
